Join us and The Gypsy Jazz Project presenting their extraordinary mixture of Up-swinging, Waltzy and sometimes quite tranquil and ballad-ish music that was first influenced by the music of Django Reinhardt and Stephane Grappelli and their Gypsy Jazz tunes that started out a while before 1937 when one of the biggest hits was released by their “Quintet of The Hot Club of France” in Paris – “Minor Swing”..
The Cairo based project was the first to introduce Gypsy Jazz to the Egyptian jazz scene!
